Please be mindful that due to COVID-19 some delays cannot be explained by Couture Chic LLC.

By submitting an order, you accept the major delay that might occur.

Couture Chic LLC will not be providing any refunds due to delays.

All products are MADE TO ORDER and take a minimum of 14 days to make at this time.

If package is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to file an insurance claim via USPS

Couture Chic LLC does NOT offer refunds at this time.

Since all items are MADE TO ORDER, exchanges are not available at this time.

If an order needs to be fixed, please contact me and we will address and discuss the next steps. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
